One on One coaching offers the opportunity for deep and transformative healing. You may choose to focus on a specific area, such as Sexuality, Shadow Work or Empowerment. Sessions are focused on what you want to bring into your life.
This is powerful work, utilizing tools such as Somatic Embodiment, Breathwork, Guided Visualization, Body Mediation, Pleasure Practices and Journal Work to release and work through the blockages that are keeping you from your goals and dreams.

An intense, 1:1 3 month program, focused on guiding you to unapologetically claim your fullest expression of Pleasure & Power
This 1:1 offering is focused on Sexuality and Pleasure.
The 3 month program includes:
~6- 90 minute sessions (in person or online)
~2- 30 minute check ins
~Audio recorded practices/meditations & journal work for home to deepen your experience
~One 60 minute follow up session (scheduled 4-6 weeks after program completion)

Group classes are offered sporadically and may focus on areas of Sexuality & Pleasure, Shadow Work or Empowerment. Classes may be a one time offering or a series of 4-6 classes.
