I am a Queer, Trauma Informed Witch who believes deeply in the power of Self Love. I know, it sounds cheesy AF, but, hear me out.

I spent my life searching for something to satisfy the ache in my soul. I survived unspeakable traumas, 2 divorces and birthed 4 children. I've been through some shit. 

​

What I know to be true is that learning to love yourself is fucking hard. I looked everywhere for guidance, inspiration and some sort of clue on how I could fill the whole in my heart. I discovered that what I really needed was to understand myself and how trauma had impacted my life. I needed to heal my nervous system, and from there, from that place of acceptance, I was able to learn how to trust and eventually love myself.

It wasn't easy. In fact, it was really hard. And some days, it still is. But now, I have the knowledge and tools to support myself, and that is what I help my clients to develop in our work together. A little science, a little witchy magick and a trauma informed, co-creative space to heal and fall madly in love with yourself.
