I’ve been in this game for eight years.
I started as a yoga teacher in a well-known studio, using social media to promote my classes. From there, I followed the call to deepen my skills - earning certifications in Ayurveda, Yoni Steam Therapy, and trauma-informed coaching.
But I didn’t stop at the healing arts. I knew I needed to understand how to grow a business that felt aligned, so I invested time into learning marketing, systems, and sustainable business strategy.

I’ve been building and evolving my soul-led business for over eight years, and I've taught myself every foundational skill I needed along the way.
When I started out, I had no computer, no strategy, and no idea what I was doing. I posted randomly to social media and just hoped for the best. Things began to shift when I started teaching Ayurveda and offering yoni steam therapy. I bought my first laptop and decided to brave the task of building my own website. It took a full week, plenty of cursing, and more than a few tears—but I did it. And I’ve never looked back.
Then came 2020, and like so many of us, I pivoted. I deepened my education in trauma healing, somatic coaching, and online marketing. The digital space became my classroom, my playground, and my platform.
Now, years later, I’m a published author, a trauma-informed coach, and the proud creator of a business that is both sustainable and aligned with my values - and I built it all myself.
