Afterglow

Happily Ever After On Your Terms

A 9-week sacred container for women and gender-diverse folks who are done playing small, ready to shed the shadows, and reclaim joy, power & pleasure unapologetically.

The next cohort begins Spring 2026.

Sunset

It used to go something like this: wake up, rush through breakfast, errands, laundry, playdates. Walks with the kids (because family time mattered more than me time, right?). At night, I’d pour a glass of wine, scroll until my eyes burned, then crawl into bed.

I felt disconnected, resentful, and numb. I faked orgasms while mentally making grocery lists. I wondered, did I even laugh once today?

That was my shadow life. The version of me who performed, who abandoned herself, who thought exhaustion and self-sacrifice were the only ways to love.

But now? Now I laugh. I breathe. I live. I mother with joy. I love with abandon. I move with intention. I say yes when I mean it, no when I don’t. And the pleasure? It’s real. No more pretending.

This is my Afterglow. And, Lovely, you can have it too.

I created Afterglow, for folks like you and me, who have had enough, and are ready to demand more.  This  sacred group coaching experience where we gently unravel the patterns and wounds that keep you doubting yourself, so you can finally come home to your own radiance.

It’s a space where self-trust is rebuilt, where the stories of “not enough” dissolve, and where you begin to embody the version of you who has always been waiting beneath the surface.

Afterglow is your invitation into a new way of being, soft, unapologetic, powerful, and deeply, beautifully yours.

Who is This For

Afterglow is for women and AFAB folks who are ready to stop living by everyone else’s rules and come home to themselves. If you’re here, you might be:

  • A mom who loves her kids but feels buried under the weight of laundry, lunches, and endless to-dos, and secretly wonders if there’s space to love yourself, too.

  • A wife or partner who feels unseen, who fakes smiles (and sometimes orgasms) because it’s easier than fighting, and who longs to feel chosen again (by others, and by yourself).

  • A chronic people-pleaser who swallows every “no” to keep the peace, then cries in the shower because you can’t remember the last time you said “yes” to you.

  • Someone who has been told your joy is selfish, your desire is dangerous, your power is too much, and you’re finally ready to call bullshit on all of it.

  • The one lying awake at night, scrolling until your eyes burn, wondering, “Is this really all there is?”

And just as importantly, Afterglow is for those who are:

  • Open and curious about trying new practices, rituals, and ways of being.

  • Willing to show up with honesty, even when it feels tender or messy.

  • Ready to take accountability for their own healing (with support, never shame).

  • Able to honour the experiences of others in an inclusive, compassionate space.

If that feels like you? You’re exactly where you need to be.

Who is This Isn't For

Afterglow is powerful medicine, but it’s not for everyone. This space isn’t for you if:

  • You want someone else to “fix” you while you sit back. (I’ll guide you, but you’ve got to show up for yourself.)

  • You’re unwilling to be honest about where you’re at, even when it’s messy or uncomfortable.

  • You roll your eyes at words like ritual, embodiment, shadow, or pleasure. (If that makes you cringe, this probably isn’t your vibe.)

  • You can’t hold space for perspectives outside your own, or you’re not open to an inclusive environment for women and gender-diverse AFAB folks.

  • You’re looking for a quick-fix, surface-level “self-care checklist.” (This is deep work, not bubble baths and vibes-only manifesting.)

  • You’re not ready to take accountability for your own healing, or you want to keep blaming everyone else instead of reclaiming your power.

  • You identify as a cis man or a non-binary AMAB person. This container is intentionally held for women (which includes trans women) and gender-diverse AFAB folks.

Afterglow is for the brave ones who are ready to face their shadows with compassion, curiosity, and courage. If that’s not where you’re at right now, that’s okay. This circle may not be your medicine (yet).

What You Will Leave With

Your Afterglow isn’t built in a straight line. It unfolds layer by layer, like phases of the moon. Each shadow reveals a gift of healing:

  • Cultivate grounded safety in your own body and tools to calm your nervous system.

  • Compassion for the mother wound and freedom from caregiving patterns that aren’t yours.

  • Permission to feel rage, grief, and desire with the capacity to move them through your body.

  • A renewed trust in your inner knowing, free from conditioning that told you to centre others first.

  • Freedom from shame around sex and desire, reclaiming pleasure as your birthright.

  • The courage to live authentically, without masks or apology.

  • A wild, embodied connection to your innate power, no longer dimmed by the witch wound.

The fear, the doubt, the shame,  they

don’t get the last word.

Your Afterglow does.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Krystal Jannelle.

I’m a somatic practitioner, self-healing teacher, and author devoted to helping you reconnect with your truth and your power.

I’ve developed a signature method of coaching that blends ancient wisdom with modern science. As a triple VITA-certified coach, deeply trauma-informed, and trained in modalities ranging from Ayurveda to somatic psychology and neuroscience, my work is rooted in creating potent, safe spaces where healing and transformation can unfold.

I’m also the author of Hot Mess Empress and creator of the First Light mini-course, which have supported women+ in moving through shadows and into their radiance.

And because we all contain multitudes, I’m also a Queer, cis woman, a wife, a mother, and a lover of books, mountain air, and cappuccinos.

I know what it’s like to walk through shadows, and I know the joy of coming out the other side glowing. That’s why I created Afterglow, so you don’t have to walk this path alone.

It’s time to claim your Afterglow, soft, unapologetic, radiant, and deeply yours.

Your Afterglow is rooted in ancient wisdom, supported by modern science. I’ll help you claim it.”

Twilight Sunset

"Krystal has also been like a midwife to my relationship with spirit, which is ever expanding. I feel like she *sees* me, and because of all the work she has done on herself, she brings a clarity and expansiveness to her reflections that help me see myself differently and encourage me to grow, in a wild and soul led way. She has been a dear mentor to me, one that I trust deeply due to her insight, inclusivity, and integrity." ~R

"I feel more connected to myself and empowered to move through perceived limitations. Krystal holds space to be vulnerable and dive deeper. I would 10/10 recommend exploring her multifaceted offerings." -K

"After several months of working with Krystal--I would say I'm a whole different person. Krystal's intuitive coaching and wise guidance allowed parts of me to come online and inform my experience in a way I never thought I would reach, due to the things that have historically held me back.

Because of her skilled coaching and her multi-layered deep listening, she has helped me cultivate a relationship with pleasure that feels authentic and unfolds at the speed of my comfort and level of safety." - S

Working with Krystal has been nothing short of healing, empowering, and transformational. Honestly, I feel like I received a $10,000 coaching program for a fraction of the cost. I cannot recommend her enough! You will get tenfold the value from your investment, see real results, and step into a truly happier and healthier version of you.” -D

Questions?

Q: What if I miss a class?

A: Life happens, Lovely. Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You’ll also get audio practices, rituals, and workbook prompts, so you’ll never actually “fall behind.”

This work moves with your life , not against it.”

Q: What if I get triggered during the program?

A: Then you listen to your body — always. This is a trauma-informed space, which means you’re in choice. Step back, pause, or modify anytime. I’ll give you regulation tools so you can come back to safety without shame. You can also reach out to me at any time if you need additional support.

You set the pace. You hold the power.

Q: Okay… but what does “somatic” even mean?

A: Somatic just means of the body. Think less “talking your feelings to death” and more “feeling it, moving it, letting your body lead.” In Afterglow, that might look like breathwork, gentle movement, or touch practices that help you regulate and actually embody healing.

Healing sticks when it’s in your bones, not just your brain.

Q: Do I have to share personal stuff in front of the group?

A: Absolutely not. You’re always invited, never required. Some people share openly, others process quietly. Both are valid, both are welcome.

Everything is optional.

Q. When is it?

We begin again Spring 2026.

Q: Do I need to buy a bunch of supplies?

A: Nope. Most rituals use everyday stuff (candles, paper, stones, maybe a lemon). If you’ve already got a full witchy altar, amazing. If not, you’re still good to go.

Q: I’ve never done ritual before. Am I going to feel silly?

A: Nope. Ritual here is simple and grounding, like lighting a candle to release what you’re done with, or writing desires on stones. Zero performance, zero pressure. I’ll walk you through everything step by step.

Ritual is just intention with a little bit of magic.

Q: How much time outside of class do I need to commit?

A: The live calls are 2 hours a week. Beyond that, you’ll get audio practices and workbook prompts. You can spend 30 minutes or dive deeper. Integration happens in daily life, so it’s less about “homework” and more about practicing new ways of being.

Q: What if I still have questions?

A: Trust your gut. If your body is saying yes (even a whispery one), that’s your answer. And if you need more clarity, reach out. I’m here.

Your body already knows the answer.

Q: Is this only for women?

A: Afterglow is for women and gender-diverse AFAB folks. It’s not a space for cis men or non-binary AMAB people. This boundary keeps the container safe and intentional for those it’s designed to hold.

Q: I want this, but I’m scared it’s too deep for me…

A: That fear is normal. Shadow work is tender. If the thought makes you nervous and excited, you’re probably ready. If it just makes you want to bolt, it might not be your time yet, and that’s okay. Your Afterglow will still be waiting when you are.

If it scares you and excites you, that’s your FUCK YES.

Q: How much does it cost?

  • Pricing details TBA

You’ve lived with fear that kept you small.
You’ve carried the weight of caregiving until you forgot yourself.
You’ve swallowed rage, grief, and doubt to keep the peace.
You’ve been told pleasure was shameful, truth was dangerous, and power was too much.

But none of that is the end of your story.

Your Afterglow is waiting, Lovely. The part of you that laughs freely, breathes deeply, loves shamelessly, and moves through life with clarity, joy, and unapologetic power.

And you don’t have to wait another lifetime to find her. She’s here. Now. Within reach.

This is your rebellion.
Your resurrection.
Your Afterglow.
