If your experience has been anything like mine, the world has taught you a whole lot about how to be desirable, and what pleasure should be like for you.
You have likely been bombarded with messages about how to look attractive, how much sex you should want, what shape or size your body should be, and even what is “normal” when it comes to pleasure.
And it’s all bullshit.
Have you ever wondered what could be different if you didn’t dread having sex, or hate the way your belly feels squishy? Would your life feel different if you didn’t feel like you had to pretend to enjoy spicy time, weren’t always blaming yourself for letting the spark fade in your relationship, or simply knew what the fuck you actually liked?
What if some of that could be undone?
What if you could learn about pleasure, sex and your body through a female-centred lens, while beginning to unravel the conditioning, expectations and experiences that have shaped your relationship with all three?
And what if, underneath all of those things you were taught you should be, you got to discover what pleasure actually looks like on your terms?
There’s so much more shaping your experience than you’ve been taught.
Your relationship with sex, desire and pleasure has been shaped by a lifetime of messages and experiences. What your body needs to feel safe, what you learned a “good woman” should and shouldn’t want, your experiences of intimacy and connection, and whether you’ve learned to trust your own yes, your own no, and everything in between.
Even desire itself is so much more nuanced than we’ve been led to believe.
You might absolutely love sex once you’re having it, but rarely find yourself spontaneously thinking, “Fuck yes, let’s do this.” Pleasure might come easily, while initiating doesn’t. You might be craving intimacy like crazy, but sex isn’t actually the kind of intimacy you’re hungry for. Or you might have spent so much time thinking about what everyone else wants and needs that you’re not entirely sure what you want anymore. Maybe you already have a pretty fucking great relationship with sex and pleasure, but you’re curious about what else there is to discover.
There isn’t one experience we’re trying to explain here, because there isn’t one way we experience our bodies, desire or pleasure.
When we look at sex, desire and pleasure, through the lens of The Seven Shadows™ we get to explore the layers of each through Survival, Mother, Heart, Doubt, Pleasure, Truth and Power. Each one holds a different piece of the story: what you’ve learned, what you’ve experienced, what your body knows, what you’ve questioned, what you enjoy, what is actually true for you, and ultimately, what belongs to you.
Underneath all of that is an invitation to get curious about a few very simple questions:
What’s mine? What isn’t? And what might I choose for myself now?
That’s where we begin to become...
UNDONE.
So, what are we going to explore?
Over seven weeks, we’ll move through The Seven Shadows™ together, turning each one toward sex, desire and pleasure to explore a different layer of your experience. Each week includes sexuality education, discussion and self-inquiry, plus a guided somatic practice or ritual facilitated live with you. Participation and sharing are invitational. Nobody is required to disclose intimate experiences to the group.
WEEK ONE | SURVIVAL
Understanding the language of your body
We’re starting with the thing most of us should have been taught a long fucking time ago: how desire actually works.
We’ll explore spontaneous and responsive desire, what puts the brakes on arousal (and what helps take them off), nervous system wellness, emotional and physical safety, and embodied consent. Most importantly, we’ll begin learning how to listen to what your body is communicating instead of assuming it’s doing something wrong.
WEEK TWO | MOTHER
The rules we inherited
Long before you were making conscious decisions about sex or pleasure, you were learning what kind of woman you were supposed to be.
We’ll look at the messages handed down through family, religion, purity culture, gender roles, motherhood, beauty standards and the male gaze, and how those messages can shape everything from what we allow ourselves to want to how we experience our own bodies.
Then we get to ask a very important question: Which of these beliefs are actually mine?
WEEK THREE | HEART
Intimacy beyond sex
Sex and intimacy aren't interchangeable, despite what we've been taught.
We’ll explore the many ways we experience intimacy, what emotional safety has to do with desire, the difference between feeling desired and feeling deeply known, touch without expectation, resentment and emotional labour, and what can happen when sex becomes the primary way intimacy is sought.
This week is ultimately about getting curious about the kind of connection you are actually hungry for.
WEEK FOUR | DOUBT
Trusting your body, and your body trusting you
How often have you wondered whether what you want is normal? Questioned a no? Gone along with something because changing your mind felt harder than continuing? Pretended to enjoy something because that somehow felt easier? This week is about erotic self-trust.
We’ll explore the ways women are taught to doubt their internal knowing, sexual scripts, fawning and compliance, changing your mind, desire without obligation, and what can happen when you begin treating your body's signals as information worth listening to.
WEEK FIVE | PLEASURE
Coming back inside your body
Okay, now it starts to really yummy.
We’re talking erotic anatomy, arousal, erogenous zones, Erotic Blueprints, different pathways to orgasm, goal-oriented sex, self-pleasure, receiving sensation and expanding our understanding of what pleasure can actually look and feel like. We are learning that pleasure doesn't need to look impressive from the outside. It just needs to feel good to you.
WEEK SIX | TRUTH
What is your sexual truth?
After five weeks of questioning what you've learned, listening to your body and exploring pleasure, we finally get to ask:
What is actually true for me right now?
We'll explore sexual authenticity, the different seasons of sexuality, fantasy, preferences, identity, changing desire, what you don't want, what you might want, and the glorious permission to simply not know yet. You don't need to discover one permanent, definitive Sexual Self, just who you are now, and discover how to allow that to change when it needs to.
WEEK SEVEN | POWER
UNDONE
We end with erotic sovereignty.
We'll explore sexual energy as personal power, pleasure and agency, the historical control of women's sexuality, the difference between being sexually empowered and being sexually available, erotic energy as creative life force, and pleasure magick. All seven weeks come together, recognizing that your body, your boundaries, your desire, your pleasure and your sexuality ultimately belong to you.
Seven weeks. Seven Shadows. Your pleasure, on your terms.
SURVIVAL - Understand | MOTHER - Unlearn | HEART - Feel | DOUBT - Trust | PLEASURE - Explore | TRUTH - Define | POWER - Claim
UNDONE might be for you if...
You love sex once you're having it, but desire rarely seems to show up until things are already getting started.
You’ve spent years wondering why you don’t want it more, or blaming yourself because the “spark” doesn’t feel the way you think it should.
You know exactly how to be desirable, but you're not nearly as clear on what you actually desire.
You've gotten really fucking good at knowing what everyone else wants and needs, while your own yes, no, maybe and not-today can be harder to hear.
You enjoy pleasure, but sometimes find yourself watching, judging or performing your body instead of actually being inside of it.
There are things you've been doing because you thought they were simply part of the deal, and you're beginning to wonder whether you actually like them.
You carry shame around your body, your desires, your fantasies, what you want, what you don't want, or how much (or how little) you want any of it.
You grew up with religion, purity culture or a whole lot of silence, and you're realizing just how much you were never fucking taught.
Or there isn't a problem to solve at all. You already have a pretty great relationship with sex and pleasure, and you're simply ready to know yourself more deeply, learn more about your body and explore what pleasure can look like when you're the one defining it.
You don't need to be partnered or sexually active to join.
You don't need to have low desire or want more sex.
You just need to be curious about your relationship with sex, desire and pleasure, and ready to explore what it means to experience them on your terms.
UNDONE is a seven-week live online experience where we’ll
explore sex, desire and pleasure through The Seven Shadows™.

A few things you might be wondering...
Am I going to have to talk about my sex life in front of everyone?
Absolutely not. Conversation and sharing are always invitational. You are welcome to participate in ways that feel good to you, and you will never be required to disclose intimate experiences or personal sexual history to the group.
What are the somatic practices like?
Each week includes a guided somatic practice connected to the Shadow we're exploring. We might work with embodied consent, breath and body awareness, inherited beliefs, pleasure mapping, erotic self-trust or pleasure magick. Everything is optional. You can modify a practice, pause, observe or opt out entirely. Choice is part of the practice.
Is UNDONE therapy?
No. UNDONE is an educational and experiential coaching container. We will talk about conditioning, nervous system wellness, consent, shame, trauma and other experiences that can influence our relationship with sex, desire and pleasure, but we won't use the group to process individual traumatic experiences.
UNDONE is not a replacement for individualized mental-health or medical care.
What if I have a history of sexual trauma?
Having a history of sexual trauma doesn't automatically mean UNDONE isn't for you. However, this is an educational group container rather than trauma therapy. If you need additional support, I know a number of skilled trauma therapists that I can refer you to. You are always in choice about how you participate, including whether you engage in a particular practice. If you're unsure whether UNDONE offers the kind of support you need right now, you're welcome to reach out before registering.
Is there homework?
Not really. There won't be a pile of extra classes or recorded practices waiting for you between calls. Instead, you'll have simple invitations to notice, explore, journal, experiment or play with what we're learning in your actual life.
Are the calls recorded?
Yes. Each live class will be recorded and uploaded to your private course portal, so if you miss a week—or simply want to revisit something we explored—you'll be able to access the replay.
Because these are interactive classes and may include group conversation, please be mindful of what you choose to share while the recording is running. You are never required to share personal or intimate details during our calls.
Who is this for?
UNDONE is created for women and AFAB gender-diverse people.
Because this work specifically explores sexuality and pleasure through a female-centred lens, this particular container is not open to cisgender men or AMAB non-binary people.
What is the refund policy?
You have 24 hours following our first live class to decide whether UNDONE feels like the right container for you.
If it doesn't, contact me within that 24-hour window and I will issue a refund. After that window closes, all registrations are non-refundable.
Hi, I’m Krystal.
Talking about sex, pleasure and all the weird shit we’ve been taught about our bodies is genuinely some of my favourite work.
I’m a VITA™ Certified Sex, Love & Relationship Coach with majors in Women’s Empowerment and Female Sexuality, a somatic shadow work practitioner, creator of The Seven Shadows™ and author of Hot Mess Empress.
My work weaves together sexuality education, somatics, nervous system awareness, parts work, shadow work and ritual to help women understand themselves more deeply and trust the wisdom of their own bodies.
Underneath all of the education, practices and conversations we’re going to have inside UNDONE is something I believe deeply: your body belongs to you, and you get to decide what happens here. Your boundaries, desires, turn-ons, absolutely-the-fuck-nots and pleasure don't need to look like anyone else's. You are allowed (and encouraged) to question what you've been taught, change your mind, discover something new, and define what a pleasurable life actually looks like for you.
UNDONE brings together years of my work in sexuality, somatics and shadow with The Seven Shadows™ in a way I’ve never taught before, and I cannot fucking wait to explore it with you.
