Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking 1:1 coaching. Please read and check the box to indicate agreement. ~Purchaser agrees that this plan may not be cancelled without consultation with the provider. ~Purchaser agrees that services rendered are NON REFUNDABLE. ~Purchaser agrees that there is a 10 day grace period for missed payments. Following the 10 days, a late fee of $10 per day will be added to the balance owing until it is paid. ~Purchaser agrees that late cancellations (less than 4 hours) and no shows do not qualify for a make-up session. (waived at providers discretion).
