Trauma Awareness is World Changing Work
This is the way, sweetness.
The way to support the evolution of yourself,
your work and your clients. This path has led me into some of the deepest,
most transformative work for not only myself, but for my clients.

By having a clear awareness of the what exactly trauma is, its impacts and wide spread influences on the lives of our clients, we, as practitioners can more deeply connect to those we support, and be the safe space they need in order to heal.
​
​CONNECT is a course where you will learn about trauma, safety & how the nervous system works. We will practice effective strategies that you can use to support yourself, as a practitioner. Finally, we will dive into essential skills for offering trauma aware care for your clients, such as, space holding, consensual language, inclusivity and scope of practice.

So, are you ready to do world changing work with me?
I have a vision... and it involves a world where folks like you and I, who truly want to support our clients, all have the knowledge and tools to do so, especially when it comes to TRAUMA.
​
Why is this so important to me?
Because, lovely, once I started understanding trauma and how it impacts pretty much everything, I started healing. I mean REALLY healing. My life, and how I show up began to make more sense.
​
Not only that, my clients began to transform in really astounding ways. I mean, full on, falling madly in love with themselves and creating beautiful lives for themselves.
As a person, who works closely with others offering support and tools for healing, I believe it is my (our) responsibility to do everything in our power to ensure our clients feel safe with us, on every level. That can include our spaces, our language, and even how we approach each session. As you will learn early on in this program, healing cannot happen in an activated nervous system. It is biologically impossible, and can even re-traumatize clients if not tended to in a way that is validating and safe.

I am a deeply trauma informed coach, including multiple certifications from VITA, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy certification from Embody Lab and Rebloom Foundations by Rachael Maddox.
This is not a certification.
This does not qualify you to work with trauma directly.
This training DOES offer you the crucial knowledge about trauma and the nervous system, tools for supporting yourself, and skills on how to create a deeper sense of safety, belonging and dignity for your clients.
