Before we can heal, before we can integrate, reclaim, or transform, we must first see. We must be willing to look at our shadows not through the lens of rejection or self-betrayal, but with steady acceptance and compassion. To meet ourselves exactly where we are and declare that this - this messy, chaotic, stubborn, tender, afraid version of us, is not a problem to be fixed, but a truth to be honoured. Lumination is the place where this seeing begins. Over seven days, you will be guided to look at your current circumstances and inner landscape with fresh eyes, inviting curiosity, openness, and honesty into how you meet yourself. Together, we will explore how your shadows are showing up, how they shape your choices, and the quiet ways they may be running your life from behind the scenes. Each day, you’ll receive a short transmission designed to open a new doorway of awareness, substantial enough to be meaningful, and nourishing enough to feel resourcing rather than overwhelming. You’ll also have access to a simple workbook to support deeper reflection and integration. We’ll close our time together with a live gathering, a space to witness, integrate, and mark what has shifted. Lumination does not ask you to change your life, only to see it clearly enough that change becomes inevitable.
