Before healing.
Before integration.
Before anything truly changes,

there is a moment of seeing.

Lumination is an invitation to meet the shadows shaping your life
with steadiness, compassion, and honesty.

What this is (and isn't)

Lumination is a 7-day initiation into the shadows that quietly shape how you live, love, and relate, often without your conscious awareness.

In this space, shadow doesn’t mean something dark, broken, or wrong.
It names the parts of us that learned how to adapt, protect, and belong in a world that was not built for our full expression.

Rather than trying to change or transcend these parts, Lumination invites you to see them; with curiosity, steadiness, and compassion. Noticing how they show up in your body, your patterns, and your choices and learning to understand the role they’ve played in keeping you safe, connected, and intact.

This is not a healing sprint.
It is not catharsis for catharsis’ sake.

It is a slow, intentional turning toward what has been shaping your life from the edges.

What becomes possible after seeing is something we explore more deeply in Afterglow.

Lumination is the threshold, the place where awareness begins.

Why Seeing Comes First

So much of what we call “healing” asks us to move on quickly, without the time we need to fully integrate.

But many of the patterns we struggle with did not arise because something went wrong, they emerged because something in us was trying to survive, belong, or stay connected.

When we skip over this understanding, we often end up at war with ourselves. We push against parts of us that are still doing their best with the information and conditions they were given in order to survive your life.

Seeing changes the relationship.

When a shadow is met with awareness rather than judgment, it begins to soften. When we understand how a pattern formed, we can hold it with more care. And from that place, different choices become possible,  not through force, but through relationship.

Lumination offers a space to slow down enough to notice what has been shaping you from beneath the surface. It is where you can meet these shadows with honesty and compassion, and to allow awareness itself to become a catalyst for change.

The Seven Shadow We Will Explore

Each day of Lumination, we turn our attention toward one shadow,  not to analyze it away, but to notice how it has been living in your body, your relationships, and your choices.

You may recognize yourself in one.
You may feel several stirring at once.
You are invited to meet this work in a way that feels nourishing to you. There is no right way.

Survival
How your nervous system learned to keep you safe, and how those early strategies may still be shaping your sense of safety, belonging

and dignity.

Mother
Your own mother wound, and the ways you learned to care for others (and yourself) through what was modelled or expected.

Heart
Your emotional landscape, and how feelings are held, expressed, protected, or pushed down in the body.

Doubt
The voices and conditioning that taught you not to trust yourself, and how patriarchal narratives quietly erode inner knowing.

Pleasure
Your relationship to desire, aliveness, and the body you live in, including how pleasure has been constrained, shamed, or made conditional.

Truth
What becomes possible when self-expression is no longer negotiated for safety, approval, or belonging.

Power
Your relationship to authority, intuition, and agency, including the legacies of the witch wound and the cost of being visible.

These shadows are  intelligent adaptations, each carrying information, history, and wisdom.

Lumination is an invitation to listen.

The Experience

Lumination is a 7-day initiation designed to be both substantial and spacious.

Over the course of the week, you’ll receive:

  • 7 daily audio-recorded  transmissions, (10-12 minutes long) each focused on one shadow

  • A downloadable workbook with reflective prompts and journaling space

  • A live 90-minute closing call for reflection and integration

  • Access to all recordings, with optional participation throughout

Lumination unfolds slowly, with one shadow explored each day.

You’ll receive a daily transmission through the course portal,  an opening into the shadow of the day, offered in a way that is intentional, grounded, and respectful of your nervous system. These transmissions are designed to be received at your own pace, allowing your reflections, sensations, and insights to lead.

Alongside the transmissions, you’ll have access to a short workbook to support your exploration. This is not something to complete or keep up with, but a companion. It is a place to notice, name, and gently deepen what’s already arising.

After the final day, we’ll gather together for a live 90-minute closing call. This is a space to share, reflect, and integrate what you’ve noticed over the week, and to mark the threshold you’ve crossed with care and intention.

All live elements are recorded. Participation is always optional. You are welcome to engage in whatever way feels most supportive and sustainable for you

Who This is For

Lumination is for you if you’re feeling a quiet readiness to turn toward yourself with more honesty and care.

This initiation may be supportive if you:

  • Feel curious about the patterns shaping your life, even if you don’t yet have language for them

  • Sense that something is asking to be seen, rather than fixed or changed

  • Are drawn to shadow work that is embodied, compassionate, and non-performative

  • Want depth without urgency, and reflection without pressure

  • Appreciate work that honours nervous system capacity and personal agency

  • Identify as a woman or gender diverse AFAB person

Lumination may not be the right fit if you:

  • Are looking for quick solutions, answers, or prescriptive healing

  • Feel overwhelmed or in acute crisis and need immediate support

  • Prefer highly structured programs with step-by-step outcomes

  • Are not open to self-reflection or inner inquiry at this time

  • Identify as a man or gender diverse AMAB person

You are always welcome to choose what feels most supportive for you.
Listening to that discernment is part of the work.

Who This is Not For

Why Lumination Exists

Lumination exists because seeing is a threshold.

Before we can move into deeper integration, before we can shift long-held patterns, we need a relationship with what has been shaping us, not as something to overcome, but as something to understand.

This initiation offers a contained space to begin that relationship.

For some, Lumination will be complete in itself,  a moment of insight, orientation, and self-recognition.

For others, it may open the desire to continue exploring this terrain more slowly and in community.

Afterglow is a longer container where these same shadows are met with more time, support, and integration. Lumination is not a prerequisite, and there is no expectation to continue.

It is simply the doorway,  and you are free to decide how, or whether, you walk through.

and to meet yourself with care.

You only need to be willing to enter the threshold.
