For thousands of years, women and gender diverse people have gathered in circles to share stories, wisdom, grief, celebration and healing. Long before we searched for answers in books or on our phones, we found them reflected back to us in one another. ​ There is something profoundly healing about being witnessed with no expectation to be a certain way. When this happens, we remember that we are not alone and that our stories matter. We remember ourselves. ​ The Circle is a monthly in person gathering created to offer exactly that. ​ Each month, we'll explore a different theme through a blend of ancient wisdom and modern understanding, weaving together somatic embodiment, nervous system awareness, shadow work, ritual, guided reflection and meaningful conversation. Some months we'll explore the wisdom of Ayurveda, the Koshas or the Moon. Other months we'll dive into topics like boundaries, pleasure, attachment, grief, authenticity or the many ways our bodies hold our stories. Every gathering is an invitation to simply be.
